At 7:55am PDT on August 28th, the Pirates CSG, Star Chamber, Stargate Online and Star Wars Galaxies TCG game servers will be coming down for scheduled maintenance. The game stores will be affected as well. Legends of Norrath will not be affected.
We expect this maintenance to last approximately 1 to 2 1/2 hours. We apologize for this interruption and will resume the affected services as soon as the maintenance is completed.
The Galactic Showcase puts the most creative storyteller events and player structures from all galaxies on display. The VoD Galactic Emporium is located on Lok on the Bloodfin galaxy. With several themed rooms fully decked out, this emporium has something for everyone.

Dragon*Con , "the largest multi-media, popular culture convention focusing on science fiction and fantasy, gaming, comics, literature, art, music, and film in the US," will be held in Atlanta, GA from August 29th - Sept 1st.
Now, a second Star Wars® adventure waits for you inside the Star Wars Galaxies MMO game with the launch of the Star Wars Galaxies Trading Card Game: Champions of the Force!
The first ever Star Wars® trading card game offered exclusively online has come to a galaxy near you! Choose between the light and dark sides of the Force and build your own Star Wars Galaxies Trading Card Game decks to fight virtual matches for the Rebels, Imperials, Jedi or Sith.
Players can find more than 20 "loot" cards that can be redeemed for fantastic virtual items for use within the Star Wars Galaxies. Everyone who tries the Trading Card Game at launch is eligible to receive a special loot card that can be redeemed in Star Wars Galaxies for the choice of either a Rebel flight suit or Imperial flight suit.*

When the update is complete, all galaxies will be live but unavailable while we complete final testing. All galaxies will be made available after that time.
